Inspiration
Choosing an outfit can be the hardest part of getting ready but don’t worry - we’ve got you! We know recruitment can feel overwhelming, but we’re here to support you every step of the way. To help ease some of the stress, we’ve compiled an outfit inspiration board for each day of recruitment. Being prepared with your outfits can boost your confidence and ensure you’re putting your best foot forward. Remember to incorporate your own personal style and stay true to yourself!
Also, we’re excited to announce we’re hosting a Donation Drive in August, free of charge to all registered Potential New Members! Please keep an eye out from our Logistics team for details.
ORIENTATION NIGHT
This is the first night of recruitment. You are welcome to come as you are but keep it appropriate as you will be meeting the Executive Board and your Rho Gammas. Comfy casual is perfect or feel free to dress it up a little! You will want to be comfortable in whatever you wear as you will be sitting this evening.
SPIRIT DAY
This is the first full day of recruitment! The inspiration for this day is pulled from our very own Panhellenic colors. Feel free to wear shades of pink, orange, blue, as well as white or any color that makes you feel your best. Think Sunset! Spirit Day is the most casual day of recruitment, you can wear anything that you feel confident in such as denim, skirts, shorts, bodysuits, or dresses. This day is also the longest day of recruitment, so be sure to wear comfortable footwear like flat shoes (no heels) as there will be lots of walking and standing during your visits to all ten of our Panhellenic chapters.
PHILANTHROPY DAY
Philanthropy Day is all about the amazing philanthropies each chapter at USF supports through Panhellenic! This day is a step up from casual, imagine going to grab a coffee or walking around a farmers market with friends. We encourage skirts, dresses, playsuits, bodysuits, and more. This day you can wear flats and platform heels, save the high heels for upcoming days!
SISTERHOOD DAY
On Sisterhood Day, our amazing chapters will give you a glimpse of what their sisterhood is all about. This day is a bit fancier than Philanthropy Day. We suggest you wear dresses, playsuits, nice jumpsuits, etc. Think of it as you’re going out to a nice brunch or a dinner with your family! Feel free to break out a comfortable pair of platforms or heels this day.
PREFERENCE DAY
Bring out your finest wear for Preference Day! Think: cocktail and homecoming dresses. You may also want to pull out a pantsuit, formal dress, or a fancy jumpsuit for this day. Please keep in mind that this day is very special as it includes a ceremony that is unique to each chapter, so please keep your outfit appropriate. If comfortable, wear a pair of heels!
BID DAY
Bid Day Best Day! For this day you’ll want to wear comfortable bottoms such as denim shorts, athletic shorts, tennis skirts, etc! On this day you Panhellenic will provide you with a t-shirt to wear. After you open your bid and run home, you can change into a new shirt that your chapter will give you.
