Hello Potential New Members! The Panhellenic Recruitment process here at USF is a values-based process that aims to allow potential new members to connect with chapter members about what is important to them and what makes them unique.  My goal for recruitment this year is to make every woman feel empowered to be themselves and to allow you to grow through Panhellenic life just like I have had the opportunity to do! 

Your decision to join a Panhellenic Sorority at USF commits you to a college experience full of sisterhood, growth, service, living your values, and enough memories to last a lifetime.  Over the course of the recruitment process, I urge you to remain open minded and give every chapter a chance.  Remember, you aren’t just joining one chapter, but you are joining a whole Panhellenic Community! 

After having been on every side of recruitment, I am so excited for you to get to experience the Panhellenic community the way I have! The chapters are excited to meet you, your Rho Gammas are ready to lead the way, and the executive board is here if you need anything! 

Remember to enjoy this experience; take a deep breath and show everyone what makes YOU unique.  The women who you choose to surround yourself with are going to shape you into who you want to be; let them challenge you, inspire you, and allow them to help you grow! We are so lucky to have amazing women like you joining our Panhellenic Community!
