“When I first arrived at college, I knew very little about sorority life, but I decided to go through recruitment as a way to meet new people. Looking back, I’m so grateful that I made that decision—it allowed me to connect with incredible women in the Panhellenic community, and it led me to my college best friend.

As intimidating as recruitment may seem at first, there’s truly nothing more rewarding than becoming the woman you once admired. Pushing yourself beyond your comfort zone opens doors to experiences you could never have imagined. I’m so thankful that I get to continue learning and growing alongside these amazing women throughout my college years.

Now, as Vice President of Recruitment, I hope to offer the same positive, life-changing experience I had to the next generation of women joining our community.”

Caley Costello, Vice President of Recruitment
