“I joined Panhellenic because I knew I wanted to be part of something bigger—something that not only brings chapters together but also makes a real impact in our community. Serving as Vice President of Community Development has given me the opportunity to create meaningful service opportunities, strengthen relationships across chapters, and help build a culture of giving back.
From planning service projects and philanthropy events to organizing the Panhellenic Banquet, I strive to make every experience reflect the values of sisterhood, leadership, and service. Whether it’s working with local charities, campus organizations, or chapter leaders, I love seeing how our collective efforts can create real change.
This role has been such a rewarding experience, and I’m beyond grateful for everything Panhellenic has given me. I can’t wait to see what’s next for our community!”
Morgan Marsiello, Vice President of Community Development
